Will this program help me quit masturbation?
NoFap® Academy focuses on helping people quit porn. But if quitting masturbation is something that you personally want, the same principles contained in this course can be applied to masturbation as well.
Will I need to completely abstain from orgasm throughout the program?
It is if you want to get the most out of this program. Although it is optional, we strongly recommend what is called “hard mode” (that is, no orgasming, even with a partner) for the duration of your reboot. We’ll explain why we support this in much more depth in the course.
Do you offer one-on-one coaching?
By enrolling in Reboot Camp, you’ll have access to our weekly mentoring groups where Mark Queppet and Alexander Rhodes will be answering your questions. Both Mark and Alexander also browse the NoFap® Academy forum as often as possible to offer insight to any questions that pop up.
However, if you need more personalized attention for an extended period of time, Mark Queppet does offer one-on-one porn addiction coaching on his website. Alexander Rhodes does not currently offer coaching and does not hold any coaching certifications.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds on the month-to-month package, but you can cancel at any time (click here for instructions). The 90 day and year long packages offer a discount on membership to help create incentive for actually following through with the program. If you wish to cancel and be refunded before your upfront commitment is completed, your refund will be prorated according to the full $50 dollar per month price, NOT the discounted package price. So for example, if you paid $120 for the 90 day program and cancel within the first month, you will be refunded $70 dollars ($120-$50=$70), if you cancel within the second month, you will be refunded $20 dollars ($120-$50-$50=$20), and no discount for a cancellation in the third month.
If I purchase a membership, how will the charges show up on my credit card?
We’re discreet as possible, charges show up as REBOOT CAMP.
Is this program anonymous?
Yes it is. Initially, your private forum name is tied to your credit card information, but you can change it to whatever name you want before you post anything (which we recommend doing and show you how to do).
What's the difference between NoFap® and NoFap Academy?
NoFap® Academy is officially endorsed, licensed, and closely affiliated with NoFap®. We strive to provide NoFap’s users with a more personalized and complete program to recover. Although NoFap® offers many tools for porn addicts to recover, NoFap® Academy is there for those who need some additional support.
We offer a complete recovery solution with Get Clean!, weekly mentoring groups hosted by porn recovery professionals, and more expert-to-rebooter support than NoFap® can offer (as NoFap® is primarily a tool provider and social networking website for peer-to-peer support).
"Where 'sexual addiction' themed therapy and 12-step style 'recovery' had failed to resonate or be effective for me, Mark's intelligent and pragmatic Reboot Camp course delivered big time." - J
"After a recent relapse, I had to finally admit that my struggle with online porn and webcams needed active work if I was going to kick it out of my life once and for all. The negative impact on my relationship, sexuality and sense of self was something I just couldn't deny any longer.
Where "sexual addiction" themed therapy and 12-step style "recovery" had failed to resonate or be effective for me, Mark's intelligent and pragmatic Reboot Camp course delivered big time.
He grounds his approach in up to the minute neuroscience, and uses really proactive cognitive psychology, behavioral modification, well-crafted conceptual explanations, and writing assignments to create a smart and highly effective model for examining, working on and overcoming this pervasive issue.
Thanks to Reboot Camp, I have passed the 90 day mark and am not looking back. What's more, the content is so above-and-beyond that I know I can come back and keep working with the material any time I need it âfor my own health, well-being and masculine worth."
"Reboot Camp is for anyone who truly WANTS to get porn out of their lives. Itâs for all of us who are ready and willing to PAY THE PRICE to get this behind us. White knuckle willpower WILL NOT get you clean, I promise you. Recovery is WORK. Itâs a PHYSICAL ACT. It takes ACTION. To be successful at this physical act you need TOOLS. Reboot Camp has those tools." ~ Reboot Camp Member "Shai_Hulud"
"Greetings. By now you have probably seen the advertisements for the re-launch of the NoFap Reboot Camp and are wondering if you should sign up, if it is right for you. You may be asking yourself, âDo I need this at all, or should I just save my money?â After all, why should you shell out your cash when www.nofap.com is free, right? Will the Reboot Camp do anything for me that the free sites canât? Well, to be perfectly honest with you, I canât answer that for you. No one can. You need to ask yourself a better question. You need to ask yourself, âDo I really want to change?â
This is not as obvious as it sounds. Many people find their way into nofap.com TRYING to quit, but not ready to actually pull the trigger and COMMIT to stopping. The nofap.com boards are littered with people asking multiple versions of the same questions, namely, âHow much shit can I do and still pretend to be quitting porn? Can I still masturbate? Can I look at lingerie catalogues? Bikini pictures? Edging? Does this count as a relapse?â For everyone hoping they can still look at Playboy and SIâs swimsuit issue and the underwear section of the Sears catalogue while pretending to be interested in quitting porn, Reboot Camp is probably not for you. Thatâs where I was for a long time.
I first came to the realization that I needed to quit using porn about 18 months ago. I discovered www.nofap.com around that time and I have been trying to quite by tracking my âstreaksâ ever since. Back then the farthest I ever made it was 12 daysâ¦and that was one time only. All the other âstreaksâ were two to five days at a time, with multiple binge sessions in between. Basically zero progress. Of course after each and every relapse I said all the right things: âThatâs it, no more for me,â and, âIâm quitting for sure.â Sound familiar? Go look at all the threads on nofap.com that start off with something like that as the title or intro sentence. Itâs disheartening to see how many of us relapse after those very honest proclamations. This is an addiction. Best intentions can get you started, but they will not finish the job.
Reboot Camp is for anyone who truly WANTS to get porn out of their lives. Reboot Camp has those tools.
My first âstreakâ since joining the Reboot Camp was 49 days. Iâm not going to lie and say that Iâm cured. Iâm not. I had a relapse not long ago. However, Iâve had a total of five PMO sessions since joining the NFAâs Reboot Camp in early March. FIVE! Hell, five sessions used to be a slow weekend for me. The best part is I have not binged after any relapse.
Mark and Alexâs program has given me the tools to effectively deal with the relapses when they come. They have given me the tools I need to break free of the dependency cycle. I can honestly say this struggle is the hardest thing Iâve ever done. But, with just as much honesty, I can say Iâm making progress. Joining the Reboot Camp, working on the lessons, listening in to the mentoring calls, and interacting with like-minded people has been invaluable. If you are ready to quit, the Reboot Camp is where you need to be.
I hope to see you there."

"Before Reboot Camp, I would relapse due to boredom and stress (among other things). Reboot Camp gives you a step-by-step course plan to follow that reminds you of the reasons why reboot is important. In dire times of need I have gone onto the Reboot Camp Get Clean E-Course in order to remind myself of the importance of my goals. It has enabled me to get myself out of many sketchy situations that could have resulted in a relapse." ~ Reboot Camp User "Feenix"
"I first discovered the practice of reboot by randomly finding the Nofap subreddit community. This completely changed my life. I got a massive influx of motivation to complete the reboot challenge. Except time after time I would continuously break my streak and relapse. I was on the brink of giving up because I felt like the excess energy from reboot was too much to handle. But then I joined the NoFap Academy Reboot Camp.
The NoFap Academy Reboot Camp taught me how to direct the newfound energy from practicing Nofap. The Nofap subreddit gave me tons of motivation to succeed but didn't teach me how to correctly utilize my sexual urges for positive momentum. Reboot Camp not only gives me the motivation, but also teaches me how to build my life and develop fulfilling goals.

If you are considering NoFap Academy Reboot Camp, I would say that it is worth the money. You get a smaller community of people and can actually develop accountability with people that you begin to recognize on the forums. If I make a post on my Journal log in the forums, I can count on it that within a few hours, somebody will reply to me with support for my development. Not because I asked for advice, but because the community legitimately supports each other.
The E-Course alone is worth to complete whether you are suffering from a porn addiction, from not knowing your career path, or just from a lack of commitment to developmental goals."
"The course Mark and Alex have created is about more than quitting porn: itâs about gaining the skills and motivation for seeking fulfillment rather than pleasure." -Â Reboot Camp User "Theotherscott"
"The course Mark and Alex have created is about more than quitting porn: itâs about gaining the skills and motivation for seeking fulfillment rather than pleasure. In Markâs words: âliving a more awesome life.â Mark draws on his own experience of quitting porn to teach you how to get beyond the psychological blocks that prevent you from defeating an addiction.
These include limiting beliefs, lack of mindfulness, lack of something fulfilling to shift focus towards, and emotional repression. The lessons I found the most helpful were about handling relapse (âfailing forwardâ), fantasizing, and learning to process your emotions and practice unconditional love. These skills arenât just useful for quitting porn, they are a toolset that can help you improve and maintain a fulfilling lifestyle.
The material is presented in easy-to-digest 3-8 minute videos, and they come with exercises to reinforce the concepts being taught. Besides the lessons, signing up gives you access to a community forum (where you can trade notes and experiences with other rebooters) and weekly conference calls where you can ask Mark and Alex questions in person.
Reading othersâ lesson notes can flesh out ideas you missed and let you see concepts from a different perspective. Most importantly, the community lets you know that your situation is not a unique one.
One thing this course isnât, is a magic bullet for quitting porn. To get the most out of this program, you need to do the exercises, engage in the community, and examine yourself to see what areas of your thought life you need the most work on. I canât guarantee youâll finish this course with a 90-day reboot under your belt, but you will have gained a valuable skillset which will help you eventually succeed."

"I just succeeded my 90 days of reboot, and I wouldn't have been able to do that without Reboot Camp!" -Â Reboot Camp UserÂ
"I was quite reluctant to join the program in the beginning, but then thought to myself, "If this can just help me get a little closer to being free from my porn addiction, it's worth the money." What I ended up getting was a well-structured program with so much awesome content that has taught me a lot about not just quitting porn, but also becoming the person I want to be. I just succeeded my 90 days of reboot, and I wouldn't have been able to do that without Reboot Camp!"
